ordered muffler from a website and not happy?

so i ordered this muffler from the website above and i am not very happen with it even though i havent put it on the car yet. first off it is not the same color is appears on the site...it came in black. second it was not even in a box when it came. it was just wrapped in bubble wrap and its has a few scratches. its also weighs alot. about 20 pounds. third, on the site it says the brand is bosal but there is nowhere on the muffler where it says bosal. it only says the theautoparts shop. i am very dissapointed. i wished i had ordered it somewhere else i wonder if it would have been in better condition and was actually name brand
You were defrauded if you got a different brand than what you paid for. Of course, mistakes happen, so give them a call and try to resolve things.
If they refuse, complain to your state attorney general, their state attorney general, and file a chargeback with your credit card company. Just Google all that and you'll find out how to get it done.
And Bosal doesn't stamp their logo on parts, AFAIK. I've had a few Bosal exhaust components and none of them said Bosal on them anywhere. So make sure you didn't get what you paid for before you start fussing.
