Different types of bits for western headstalls?
I'm currently using a rolling bit on my horse's one eared headstall, can you tell me the pros and cons of this type of bit and whats the difference between other bits?
I used a roller bit on an Appy i had, it was the only type to work on her. It is a harsher bit and i never let anyone ride her unless they knew how to properly use the bit. If the bit is working for you then trying to move to a less harsher bit wont work, i have tried.
I don't like one eared headstalls, for some strange reason while riding i cant stop staring at it, like its going to pop off or something. LOL
