So heres my question:
i bought some "white out!' bleach and some "turq tsunomi' or something. But yeah its white bleach and turquoise hair day from hot topic. Should I dye my hair black again? Should I add a few turquoise strips and if so... should i add them to the color i have now or should i redye it black then add the blue?
